SHIPPING POLICY

- Most items are shipped via Delhivery or Bluedart and take approximately 5-8 business days to be delivered.

- The timeline for custom products are 4-8 weeks inclusive of working time on the project.
- Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase once your order is shipped.
- All the non-customised orders are shipped  within 7 working days. 
​- PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE, THIS INCLUDES APARTMENT NUMBERS, CORRECT PINCODE, ETC.

- We does not claim responsibility for any packages once they are shipped. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us immediately. 

- We does not claim responsibility for any packages once they are shipped or received in damaged condition during transit. 

- Any packages returned to The Art Label because of an incorrect address can be resent, but the customer has to pay the shipping again.
